The Women to Women Ministry of Holy Cross is sponsoring "Find the Creative You April 9, 10am to 12 noon at Holy Cross Episcopal church in Simpsonville SC.. We will be making home made cards, enjoying snacks and beverages and learning more about our charity for the year. You can pay $5 for supplies or bring your own. We also ask for a donation for our sponsored program, the Haiti Micah project..
The Haiti Micah Project is a nonprofit Christian organization committed to addressing the needs of impoverished and uneducated children in Haiti. The mission is to assist the street children of Mirebalais in meeting their most basic needs, by providing food, clean water, health care, education, vocational training and emotional well being. Our goal is to reach out to needy children and provide them with the proper care, guidance, education and skills that they need so that they will play an important role in improving their conditions and the conditions of this poverty-stricken country.
Women to Women is an outreach ministry that has it all-fun, fellowship, feasting, learning and fund raising. Donations fund international charities that benefit and empower women and children in poverty. Meetings are informal and hosted by volunteers.
